The Ramada Solihull is a top class hotel with staff that offer premier class service. Sufficient disabled parking bays, ramps where required and several lifts located around the hotel. A ground floor room is a little walk from reception but our was very quiet. The room was spacious with a choice of lighting and everyone at the hotel had smiles on their faces. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and gave us some good and accurate advise. The bedrooms are good with all disabled facilities at hand including free wifi. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. It has fine dining and a bar menu as well as a top class Indian restaurant on site. Thank you Ramada for a great stay.
