I stayed here one night for business recently. The two ladies on the reception desk were absolutely brilliant. So when I arrived I had to ask if they could accommodate me in a ground floor room as there are no lifts at this hotel and given the same. My room was spotlessly clean and the bed was new and comfortable. The room and bathroom was spotless, spacious and being a disabled room was very handy especially when showering as I could use the seat. Ample parking with disabled bays near to entrance. Would definitely return and recommend.
