I stayed in this hotel for one night on business, as a disabled i was difficult to find that selfish guests were being allowed to park in the Disabled Bays, only one car had a disabled badge displayed. The hotel was clean and comfortable and food was of average quality. The room was on the ground floor. The shower was difficult for me to use. The room itself was well equipped, everything was clean and the staff were very pleasant. I am puzzled that some Premier Inns have special facilities for disabled and this one does not. Average stay.
