Booked two nights after having read what a perfect location the hotel is in relation to Durham City. As I have some mobility problems asked for a walk in shower and on arrival was delighted with the large triple bedded room with full disabled access. Fresh and clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Had booked on a bed breakfast and evening meal deal and we were both delighted with the food, choice , presentation and value for money . The staff were efficient and professional but also extremely friendly and helpful. Accommodation suitable for our needs. Also very practical for disabled access. Highly recommendable.
