They have generally a reputation of friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is no exception. We were greeted by the receptionist who carried out her duties with efficiency and a smile. Asked for the disable access room and got it easily. The room had a walk-in shower as requested and plenty of storage space. This was a basic room, but had all we needed. The swimming pool and leisure facilities were excellent. Considering the amount of people who use them the changing rooms and showers were clean and tidy. The meals were delicious with a good choice of food and drinks. Good disabled provision. Enjoyed the stay.
