On arrival during our stay got the accessible parking easily near to the entrance. Our room was not exactly what needed for my disabled partner, but everyone from maintenance to cleaning staff & front desk supervisor went out of their way to help with the issues. Our room was quite large with disabled facilities with comfy beds and pillows. The hotel is very well maintained, with luscious gardens and a private beach. All in all we would stay there again.
