Decided to have a break at this hotel. The room we were shown to was on the top floor, up two flights of stairs, and was a pleasant double as they dont have accessible room. Admittedly the decor is a little dated, but the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the view from the window was excellent. The shower was simple to operate, albeit a little low in height because of the positioning of the unit which boxed in the extractor system. Hot water in the shower was good, but in the basin taps, was just warm. Parking is available in the square outside, but fills up quickly. There is however an ample sized parking area to the rear of the hotel within easy walking distance. Disabled access may be a little bit of a problem, as the rooms are all accessed via the stairs and there was no lift available. Average stay for me in terms of disabled access.
