Great location for Eastern side of The City right next door to the Tower of London. Self check in service although friendly staff also available. In fact all the staff i came across were friendly. I have asked for the disabled room and got the room as it was available. The disabled rooms have wet room and lower beds for easy access for the wheelchair. The bed is really comfy and cannot complain with plenty of storage underneath! There are disabled facilities and a disabled lift in the lobby although you may need help if the lift is down and door open. We highly recommend staying here and will be stay again ourselves!
