We booked the room in advance as required disabled room. On arrival easily found the plenty of disabled parking bays near the entrance. My partner has limited mobility and whilst walking needs a shower which isn’t over a bath. We booked a disabled room with wet room which worked perfectly. It was on the ground floor close to reception. All round excellent, very clean and immediate knock on the door when we inadvertently pushed the emergency bedside alarm. Premier Inns have excellent handicap facilities. Will definitely use this hotel again.
