Stopped at premier inn on way home from Wales and my partner is disabled and in wheelchair so requested the disabled room. The disabled room was easily accessed and very clean and comfortable with comfortable beds and pillows. We both had a great nights sleep. From speaking on the telephone right until we checked out everyone was polite kind and caring in the staff. Food was great. Accessible parking slots available on our arrival and well addressed. Overall very calm and great stay.
