We have stayed here quite a few times before also as with all the times we have stayed here we had a great welcome at check in,the staff are circuitous and helpful. We had disabled room on the ground floor and the room was clean and tidy and comfortable, and as their promise of a good nights sleep, they did not leave us down. Lift at hotel is also available and working fine. The disabled parking was just outside the front entrance which was great for me. Overall great stay.
