Premier Inns are always reliable to me as i am disabled. I had requested the disabled room and the room was large, spacious and plenty of room space but didn’t have a disabled shower which was negative to me. The grab rails were in completely the wrong place. A rail was needed higher up in the shower. Otherwise very good standard of service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had to ask for an extra heater as room not very warm. Extra pillows given to me without any hesitation. Good stay except bathroom issue.
