I stayed here for couple of nights on my recent business visit. Hotel has one lift and otherwise many stairs and as I am disabled asked for a room on the first floor which I got. The mattresses were indeed hard, but i do prefer it, so it was good for me. Bed was at perfect height. Bathroom was fully accessible and did not presented much challenges to me. Breakfast was basic, had a good taste though. Overall, a good clean hotel with friendly staff to all, right in the center of London.
