We stayed here during our recent trip to Dubai. We asked for a accessible room and got one on arrival. It was large and well maintained room. All the amenities were within reach and bed at a proper height. Bathroom was large and it was fully accessible. All the common areas were easily accessible. Room service was prompt and excellent. The breakfast was the best and the quality of the food was very good. All the staff we encountered in the hotel were extremely friendly, professional and helpful.
