We stayed at this hotel recently and it was a good experience. Access ramp from Courtyard into Reception area with no hand rail but then a single step down into the bar area that would cause a slight issue for disabled/wheelchair access. We had room which has great facilities for wheelchair users, it has a good roll in wet room, the only criticism is the mirror in the bathroom is too high for wheelchair users, although a stand mirror is provided, the toilet seat is low, and the bedroom furniture has to be moved to allow the wheelchair to move around. These are minor issues because, the overall service, atmosphere, friendliness, great food and great staff more than compensate.
