The cottages at Mellwaters Barn Cottages were finished to a high standard. Also, disabled facilities were brilliant. I can safely say this is your far the best adapted for the disabled by a disabled person and it shows in the detail, rise and recline chair, electric beds, wet room, lift to the living accommodation, bedrooms are downstairs and living,kitchen and dining area upstairs, this affords excellent views over the countryside and another bonus no taking cases upstairs. Paths around the farm are laid with a view that wheel chairs can taken around the fields and by the river. The owners are always willing to help, and advise on their working farm. plenty to see and do.
