Stayed here with my family last summer. We did asked for accessible room and they did provide me one. This was the large suite and a room set aside for disabled guests. Enough of space to maneuver for a wheelchair user. Bed was at proper height and matresses was very good. Bathroom was of big size and have all the proper facilities for disabled user. Staff were at their very best and did help us all the time
