I stayed here for one night recently. On arrival, I was faced with a lift followed by a flight of stairs and another lift before reaching reception and then another lift to reach my room. So, entrance is quiet difficult for a wheelchair user to manage on it’s own. Mine was accessible room with low light switches and sockets, adapted bathroom, grab bars on door and toilet. Though there was less space in bathroom, i was able to manage it. Also room was a long way along a thickly carpeted corridor with two sets of heavy double doors between it and the lift this would be hard work for self propelled wheelchair user. Staff was attentive and helpful. Overall not a great place for disabled as there are lots of levels and steps, which the hotel has made accessible but I imagine with some difficulty.
