I was here recently for one night. There is no wheelchair access from front door, there is ramp outside but then several steps to get in the hotel. We were offered a downstairs room as per our requirement. Room was large but very dated. No control of heating in the room. Bathroom was converted for disabled use not thought out very well. Supposed to be wet room style but shower curtain not long enough so water went right up to door had to use towels to mop up excess water. Shower chair provided but cubicle too small to get it in and shower head on wrong wall also. Breakfast was good with wide selections. Staff though very helpful and friendly.
