Access is not easy due to the ramps which would not be safe for a self-propelled wheelchair. This makes the hotel inappropriate for disabled guests travelling alone. Only one wall socket for tv and kettle, beds very stiff. Reception staff gave misleading information and some couldn’t understand Basic English
