Stayed here for two nights with family for some function. We had rang the hotel 2 days beforehand to confirm we had a disabled room with a wet room. On arrival got the disabled room which was nice, spacious and accessible but not the bathroom. It had a bath over in spite of walk in shower which was not suitable for me. Very pleasant and helpful staff throughout the stay. The whole hotel was very clean and tidy and all staff very friendly. There’s plenty of parking, with disabled spaces right by the front door. Great stay overall except bathroom issue.
