Stayed here for two nights and found this Premier Inn to be clean, quiet, tidy and friendly. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. My partner is disabled and we were given as requested, a disabled room. This room was the same size as the other rooms but they had put a smaller, lower bed in and taken the bed settee out. They also have a lowered bath with shower over, in the bathroom and a couple of grab rails. This is ok if the disabled person can lift there legs to get in, but as some disabled people cannot, it would of been better when they refurbished this hotel to have put in a wet room to cater for all disabled. The rest of the stay was excellent.
