This Hotel has disabled parking across the front of the building, but it also has high pavement edging with only one ramp away from the main entrance. Excellent care and attention from the staff at this Premier really helped throughout the stay. Got the disabled room from the staff. The room itself is perfect, spacious and well considered. Staff had extended a Call Button to the accessible side of the bed which was very much appreciated. The Bathroom is well equipped for a variety of requirements to the exclusion of a Track Hoist but this was not needed in our case. The Shower Seat is Fixed but very comfortable and both Shower Gel and Shampoo are provided. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and were prepared to go the extra mile to assist us. Our Bed was clearly Zip-Linked and both were comfortable. Recommended.
