Outside area looks really untidy, so not a very good first impression. Difficult access if you are disabled. Warm welcome by staff and the staff were very helpful throughout the stay. Got the disabled room. Room was very clean, bathroom not accessible as it was over the bath and the rest of hotel looking really tired. I noticed that some people using the disabled parking spaces did not display a blue badge which is bad for disabled users as no one is there to look after it. So not that much disabled friendly i will say. Rest on your choice.
