On arrival a few spaces for disabled parking and i got one as i am having blue badge. Staff on the front desk very friendly and helpful. Got the disabled access room. Security card opens door from reception to the lift and rooms. As soon as we got out of the lift our room was straight in front of us. The room was very spacious comfortable room. Disabled facilities were good. The heating was easy to adapt to what we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Great stay overall.
