As a disabled person, I found the room, especially the bathroom very difficult to use as it was not so large and with little facilities. In general, the doors to corridors were heavy and no auto door openers. The lady who checked me in was lovely and helpful and explained that the beds were low but unfortunately there was no alternative. The toilet was low too although it did have some grab rails thank goodness! Staff were helpful, friendly and kind though and my issue is with the facilities. On the good side, there were good facilities generally although the access to the breakfast room and bar was not disabled friendly at all.
