The reception staff took more than 15 mins to find us a room which was unacceptable to us as we’ve paid extra for an early check-in service due to disability problems with my partner. Got the accessible room which was ok and not best i can say. The disabled facilities in the room as well as in the bathroom were just ok and cant much appreciated. Accessible toilets were also available at the ground floor near the reception which was good. Food was too ok with less choices. Overall not so good stay. will think for 2nd time stay.
