Requested a disabled room at the time of booking. At reception was given key by saying access room with wet room or walk in shower. Room was an accessible room but had a bath and no walk in shower or wet room. Queried at reception and was told they didn’t have any at all. Lifts to all floors which is also disable friendly. Management should work with walk in shower facility in the bathroom then it will be fully accessible. So hope for best in future.
