Stayed here for one night as I’m now a wheelchair user, and the accessible rooms are on the first floor. firstly, you cannot get a wheelchair into the lift by wheeling straight in as it’s too small! The room also was not too good as it was smelling very bad. Carpets need replacing and a total refurbishment is required. The staff were friendly enough, but watched us struggle, telling us that the lift was in adequate. The staff at the hotel I found to be very friendly, and the breakfast in the morning was also good but I don’t think I would ever stay at a travelodge again. Would not recommend this hotel.
