How very glad we were indeed. Such a friendly and helpful welcome was shown on arrival. Great accessible parking bays for disabled guests. Maybe a few more disabled spaces would be good. Lovely and friendly staff all around the hotel who always willing to help you. Our room suitable for disabled was spot on with facilities and was very clean and comfortable. The Beefeater right next door was available for meals and breakfast. Too friendly and helpful. Overall great accessible stay for me.
