From my first inquiry directly with this Premier Inn regarding their facilities for the disabled until checking out I found all staff to be polite, welcoming and helpful. On arrival got the disabled room and check in was fast knowing our needs. The room was clean, well presented and comfortable and the wet room was excellent for my needs with plenty of hot water. This Premier Inn is in a good location, with a Beefeater restaurant next door and wide variety of other restaurants a couple of minutes drive away, along with a cinema and bowling alley. Hotel staff were very good and friendly as were the pub staff next door. Food was good at an reasonable value. Enjoyed and accessible stay.
