We stayed here for one night during our recent visit. Our room was beautifully appointed and welcoming but was situated in converted attic areas which meant negotiating a spiral staircase (without handrails) for the final approach. There is no lift in the Hotel either. Bathroom was spacious and manageable, it was not fully accessible though. The staff were always pleasant, helpful and attentive. My personal minus point is that the hotel cannot cope with any other than lightly disabled visitors, but the nature of the building is such that it would be very difficult to effect alterations.
