Without doubt this was the worst experience we have ever had at a Premier Inn hotel. We asked which level the disabled parking was on and were told just to drive around and read the signs on the bays. Not great but doable. We drove in and finally found Premier inn bays on the 4th floor. Asked for the disabled room and they dont have vacant. Got the standard room which was not ata all accessible in any case. The room was immaculate and obviously hadn’t been used often. Breakfast in the morning was another joke and not at all good. Overall worst and forget about the accessibility here. Dont even think about of this hotel.
