During my arrival on reception when I checked in, the staff were so friendly and helpful I really can’t praise them enough. I am disabled and had booked a suitable room, the room was comfortable and the bathroom had all the extras you would expect to find in a disabled bathroom, I particularly enjoyed the big fluffy towels, I ordered the breakfast box which was very tasty. Clean carpets, painted walls in the hotel. Accessible parking also there. What disabled person needs more than this. Accessible stay.
