We were here for couple of days and stayed in a accessible room. There was plenty of space to get around in a wheelchair but the toilet was really very low and this made it difficult to get up, the drop-down grab rail on one side was ok, but the rail fixed to the wall was too high to push up from the low level toilet. There was an incline from the bedroom into the bathroom with a threshold that made it tricky to get into the bathroom without an extra shove from behind. I don’t think this room would be very accessible for someone who didn’t have help on hand. The staff did arrange for a ramp to be placed up the front steps to the hotel. It was a steep ramp that wouldn’t have been manageable without assistance.
