We had a very good experience at this hotel as the disabled facilities were excellent. I was allocated a disabled room. Overall a good room for a disabled visitor, using a wheelchair to move around. The shower room is of a good standard and the seat in the shower was height adjustable. However the height of the rail for clothes is useless. The room was very comfortable with an excellent comfortable bed and pillows for disabled user. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I am very happy with my stay and would recommend.
