In terms of the hotel, the only thing I would say is that the bathrooms could do with having more storage space for toiletries and it would be helpful if the hotel had some form of access for people with wheelchairs and push chairs at the main entrance on Park Avenue. All other hotels we’ve stayed at have a disabled entrance next to the main one and a ramp as you walk in if there are some stairs. Last time I recall if you go further down past the main entrance there is a ramp but it is quite a way from the main door. We ended up going through the parking garage underneath the hotel and going up two lifts. Need some improvement for the wheelchair user.
