The host were very friendly and ready to help if any required.The decour of the rooms is great. We were traveling with member using wheel chairs and at Karoo View one of the chalets is fully disable friendly so it’s one less thing to worry about. They have a great organic tunnel that supplies you with fresh salad greens and veg if in season. There home maid rusks and muesli are a real treat. Good place to stay
