Asked for downstairs room as disabled got first floor near lift so you would think ok no the lift worked once. The room was dirty in bathroom as well as the room. Room size adequate building a way from where we had to park motorbike and I got told off for using the wrong entrance to site gate opened so we went through it. No accessibility at all for disabled guests. Kindly be aware dont book this hotel if you are disabled and uses wheelchair. Avoid.
