We stayed for 2 nights at Mercure Ayr over the weekend. There were 2 disabled bays near the hotel entrance but occupied without blue badge holder however staff managed it very well and have easy access into the hotel. Check in was very quick and the friendly receptionist explained everything to us. The disabled room was great enough to move with wheelchair and disabled facilities with accessible bathroom. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the food at dinner was excellent. Breakfast was great. Great Stay.
