We have stayed here on a number of occasions and we are always impressed by the pleasant and helpful staff, the facilities and restaurant. On this occasion the check in system allocated on the ground floor which is specifically for disabled use as required by me. It is on the Ground Floor and is very close to reception. The door into the room is wider than normal as is the entrance space. The bathroom has loads of grab handles and a lower hand basin with lever taps and emergency pull cords. There is plenty of space on both sides of the bed and the desk unit and kettle is also lower. Overall great accessible room.
