On arrival looking for the disabled parking bay as i am wheelchair user but didnt found as they dont have and parked in normal parking. No accessible rooms they have but got the ground floor room which was quite accessible for me with wheelchair. There are accessible toilets available at the ground floor. Also the room was large and spacious but lacks the disabled facilities in the bathroom also. Overall great stay but with lack of accessibility.
