We stayed for two nights. Asked for the disabled room and got it easily from the reception staff. The disabled access room was the best we have ever stayed in with wonderful facilities and two shower rooms one with a wet room and so clean and welcoming. The staff were helpful, and the food was excellent. They also threw in a morning coffee/tea delivered to the room, and a complimentary paper. No lift so go for a ground floor room disabled visitors.
