Upon arrival by taxi I was dropped off near the front entrance where a separate disabled lift is located. Also accessible parking bays available at the hotel. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. If you need a room change and there is one available they will try and help. I had disabled room which was very large spacious and clean as i needed. Rooms were a very good size, accessible, quiet and well appointed. I had breakfast and evening meal, plenty of choice at both. Excellent stay and would stay again.
