Went to visit for the Beatles story. A lot of info on the Beatles, a lot of memorabilia. I’m disabled but at the entry there is a lift that takes you to ground level. Lifts available for disabled people and quick exit routes for wheelchair users. Disabled facilities are very good and the staff go the extra mile to help. Seating is always to be found, plus a good sized cafe at the end. The gift shop was well stocked with plenty of choice. Audio guide if you require it, and you can take photos. Concession for disabled. Great visit for me. Recommended for disabled visitors also.
