On arrival we were so very disappointed. Could not get parked close to hotel, difficult for me as disabled. Getting the right room facilities a walk in shower was also not possible as the hotel has only one such room. The room has normal bath which was allocated to me. Lack of accessibility at the hotel. There is a lift to get you onto the floor but then you will need to negotiate several corridor and therefore several doors. Staff very helpful. Overall not a good stay as of disabled view.
