he hotel is well located on the outskirts of York, with a large free car park. Got us the ground floor room due to the disability issue. The ground floor rooms were comfortable, well equipped and clean and suitable for disabled. The food was great and service efficient. All the staff were so welcoming and obliging. Ground floor rooms close to the reception were great if you have mobility problems so ask for that only during your next stay. Great stay overall for me.
