Good hotel for normal users but difficult for the wheelchair user what i experienced. There is only one accessible parking for blue badge holder if someone is already checked in before you, you will not get accessible parking and they dont have accessible room so i asked to give me a ground floor which will be somewhat easy for me but they denied they dont have even ground floor rooms which is a shame. So kindly avoid this hotel if you are looking for accessible hotel.
