We stayed here for 3 nights recently. The entrance to the hotel is up a lot of steps and once inside, Reception is up another flight. There is a ramp at the side for disabled access and a little one person lift to avoid the few steps up. Being disabled I had booked a room with a walk-in shower. What a fabulous room I had with plenty of safety rails in the bathroom which had both a bath and a step-in shower. The buffet breakfast was a treat and it was both cold and cooked. Staff were professional and hard working.
