Great location couldn’t have asked for a more central location easy to book in friendly staff. We got room on first floor opposite to castle so excellent views however the bathroom was very small and would not be good for disabled access or anyone overweight as it was very compact. Toilet was crammed into a small bathroom resulting in you having to squeeze past the sink. Not good. Bath was mouldy, needs attention. We asked for accessible room but they said none of them were empty. We adjusted as our stay was for one night only. Staff did their best in helping us out.
